No.: 6 – Collaboration

I recently did an interview with top 10 player Marrawil from the US servers. We were talking about alliances and how to run them. I was extremely impressed to find out that we hardly talking about Travian-related stuff. It was more about collaboration, leadership and how to bring these two qualities together to make a winning team (more about that soon).

When it comes to the Italian speed server experience: I should have collaborated more. This is a really broad topic, so I’m just going to say that if you don’t work with your offensive and defensive buddies as a team (aka collaborate), your weak side will be picked on, taken advantage of and will fail.

Think of Achilles heel.
