It's All In The Timings….
WAOW! Back to 13 attacks in 1 second! Finally! I’ve been having problems with my computer (as some already know)… So I wiped everything …and restarted. And the result? Well… a zeroed village. I’m not saying that you have to reinstall your OS if you’re not getting more than 4 attacks on the second… but it sure did work for me! 
In other news… I’m still trying to reinstall Dreamweaver..with no luck. On the brightside it was sunny today and I had a great day shopping (in Montreal).
