The Counter Scout Revisited (an example)

The Counter Attack Move... with Scouts
If you take a look at this battle report, you’ll notice nothing particularly interesting, except that I just lost 700 scouts.
Since scouts are about $0.10/dozen, I don’t care.
Now what if I told you that this village is 21 hours away from me, and has sent 3 waves of attacks on 5 of my villages.
What would you say? Would you think they were real?
The 732 scouts may be lost… but now I have the peace of mind knowing that someone is faking me 21 hours away, and I have nothing to worry about.
This strategy will cost “pennies” and give you the peace of mind you deserve (after chiefing 3 villages from another player).

It's hard to get excited over 21 hours...
